1. Submit your application and medical form.

Please note: During receipt and transfer of the deposit there is a transfer charge, which  both parties have to bear.

The purpose of the $500 deposit is twofold: 

1. It will reserve a place for you in the program of your choice; and
   
   
2. It will guarantee that your application will be formally reviewed for acceptance. If you are a student, you will also be scheduled for a formal interview. After that, you will be formally notified of acceptance into the program. If you are rejected, the $500 will be refunded in full.
   
   
   You may send an application before the deposit, and it will be held pending receipt of your $500 deposit.
   
   
3. If you are a student, after we have received your $500 deposit and reviewed your application, we will telephone you at a pre-designated time for a phone interview. Yanik Shrestha, the Program Director, will talk with you in detail about the program you have chosen, discuss your qualifications, travel arrangements, logistics, options and alternatives as appropriate, and answer any remaining questions you may have.
   
   
   
4. If accepted, you will be notified in writing by email.
   
   
5. We will send you an information pack to help you prepare for your trip with advice about what to bring, travel, health precautions, a reading list, and additional information about your trip.
   
   
   
6. The balance of your program fee is due 90-days before the program start date.  This deadline may be extended only for reasons considered valid by Passage upon receipt of a written request for extension.
